Eugene Prado Ventayen's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Eugene Prado Ventayen, born on February 1, 1960 in Calasiao Pangasinan, Philippines, where he lived until he was 3 years old. His parents were Gregorio & Lydia Ventayen. He was the oldest of four children. He attended Radford High School, University Of Hawaii and Hamline University, where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology and Juris Doctor in Law. After graduation he began his career as a Lawyer, opening his own law practice specializing in living trusts and wills. He lived in St. Paul, MN and Honolulu, HI.
Eugene’s most important events were graduating from College and obtaining his Law Degree, finishing his education and being accepted into the American Bar Association. He was a very loving, hardworking, friendly, intelligent, generous man whom enjoyed travelling to the Philippines and spending time with his nieces and nephews, working on the computer and listening to Korean pop music. He had a very close relationship with his siblings, friends and family.
He is survived by; parents, Gregorio & Lydia Ventayen; brother, Gregorio (Marlyn) Ventayen Jr.; sisters, Divinia V. (Marlito) Lopez and Joycelyn V. (Ronaldo) Roy; two nieces and two nephews
Visitation: 5:30-6:30p.m., Tuesday January 27, 2015 at St. Philomena Catholic Church; service 6:30p.m.; additional visitation will be held 9:00-10:15a.m., Wednesday January 28, 2015 at St. Philomena Catholic Church; Mass 10:15a.m; burial 12:00noon at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
