Felicidad Ramos Magallanes of Honolulu, passed away in Hawaii on Friday, September 1, 2023. She was born in Nagalangan, Vintar, Ilocos Norte and is survived by daughter: Mernalene Manibusan (Jesse); grandchildren: Orion, Aidan, Ethan, Isabella; sister-in-laws: Mercedes Ballesteros & Felicisima Ramos; as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
