Felicitas Ramos Luna, 84, of Aiea, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was born in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines and is survived by her sister, Antonia, her niece, Marissa, her nephews, Joseph (Zenaida), Erwin (Jennifer), as well as grand nieces and nephews.
