Felipe Biete Bueno, 95, of Waipahu, passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii on Thursday, August 24, 2023. He was born in Santa, Ilocos Sur, Philippines and is survived by his wife, Flora, his children, Maria Elisa (Jay), Maria Zenaida (Nestor), Feli (Richard), Rose, Jocelyn, as well as, 16 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
