Felix "Don" Pacyau Jr.'s Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Felix "Don" Pacyau, Jr. Born on February 3, 1940 in Waiahole where he lived all of his life. His parents were Felix Mero Pacyau, Sr. and Malia Kaupe Pacyau. He was the 1st of six children. He retired from Dole Pineapple Company and the construction industry, and most recently a Waiahole plant farmer. His generosity knew no bounds, when family or friends needed help he would be there. Although he had no children of his own, he was a paternal guidance for many in our family. He was also a loyal supporter of the Waiahole Waikane Community Association from the beginning of their land struggles during the mid 1970s to his passing. He is survived by brothers Daniel, Samuel and Kenneth Pacyau; sisters Shirley "Pua" Kapahu, Marilyn Pacyau and Diane Ahrens-Obedoza (hanai). Services at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary, July 26, 2014. Visitation 9:30am to 11:00am and burial at 1:00pm Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetary.
