We come together to celebrate the beautiful life of Filemon Dela Cruz Deuz, who graced this world with kindness, humility, and unwavering responsibility. Born on January 8th, 1938, in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, Filemon embraced every moment with a joyful heart.
Filemon's journey led him to Honolulu, Hawaii, where he peacefully passed away on January 18th, 2025. A hardworking maintenance worker at Palama Meat Company, he was known for his dedication and support to all those around him. He cherished every opportunity to spend time with his family, creating memories that will forever warm their hearts.
As a loving father, Filemon is remembered by his children: Dominador (Corazon) Deuz, Joel (Rogelina) Deuz, Leonard (Angelica Melendres) Deuz, Diomedes Deuz, Marlyn (Joseph) Deuz, Nelfa Deuz, Lina Deuz, Marites (Jeffrey) Fernandez, Myrna Ballesteros, and Alicia Loo. He is reunited with his son, Marcelo Deuz, who preceded him in passing.
Filemon's legacy lives on through his 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, who will continue to carry forward his humble spirit and the joyful memories they've shared.
We invite family and friends to join us in celebrating Filemon's remarkable life. Services will be held on March 20th, 2025, from 10 am to 2 pm at Valley of the Temples Mortuary Makai Chapel, with burial to follow at 2 pm at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
