Francis Gerald Judd's Obituary
Our loving husband, Dad and Great-Granddad Francis “Jerry” Gerald Judd passed into heaven after a very quick heroic fight with cancer on Sunday, August 28, 2016 he was 87 years old.
As a Naval Aviator for 25 years, Jerry served his country in both the Korean and Vietnam War. He retired from the United States Navy in 1969 and started his second career working for the FAA, in-flight service department. He retired in 1999 as a manager of the Honolulu Flight Service Station.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Judd; son, Ed (Jan) Wheeler; daughters, Bridget (David) Sturman and Linda (Carl) Cornwell; daughter-in-law, Sherri Wheeler; 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Memorial service for Jerry will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary (located at 45-425 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744); service will be from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Burial will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery Committal Shelter (located at 45-349 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744).
