Frank Lattore Cabacungan Jr of Honolulu passed away on March 17, 2023. He was 73 years old. Frank was a computer programmer working for the Federal Government. He is survived by his wife Kathryn Ann Cabacungan and his son Frank Lattore Cabacungan III. Services will be held at Diamond Head Mortuary on Thursday April 13, 2023. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am; service will begin at 10:15 am with a luncheon to follow. Private inurnment to follow at National Memeorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
