Uncle Frank Correia was a shining example of temple service after I came back from my mission in 2002. Shortly after his grandson came back from his mission, Isaiah Frost and I were called as temple workers in the Laie Hawaii Temple. We were fortunate to catch a ride with Brother Howlorn Kapaka in the early mornings. Brother Kapaka and Uncle Frank were like two peas in a pod. Uncle Frank took shotgun and Isaiah and I nodded off in the back seat when we weren't hanging on for dear life with Brother Kapaka's lead foot. Isaiah and I laughed, learned, and served with the Tuesday Morning Shift crew until we enrolled at BYUH. Uncle Frank was always very kind and understanding. He also had a quick wit so you had to be careful what you said around him.
