FRED WAYNE HARPER Age 70, of Kailua, Hawaii, passed away August 5, 2012 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Born August 22, 1941 in Honolulu. A retired Engineer with the Convention Center in Hawaii. He is survived by his Hawaii and Mainland Ohana.Scattering of Ashes 4:00 p.m., Friday (August 10) at Kaneohe Yacht Club; celebration of life to follow at the Kaneohe Yacht Club.
