It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Frederick Ralph Allen, aged 76, on January 24th, 2025, in Kailua, Hawai'i. Born on September 29th, 1948, in Beloit, Wisconsin, Frederick exemplified determination, loyalty, hard work, and intelligence throughout his life.
He is survived by his beloved spouse, Barbara Allen; his son, Nathan Allen; his daughter, Meghan Holman; his brother, Tim Allen; and his sisters, Judi Noble and Betsy Allen.
His memory will be cherished by his family and all who knew him.
