My DAD!! The man of so much Wisdom and Aloha.... The pain of you being gone is always going to be there, HOWEVER.... You have instilled in us that leaving the world (Death) is inevitable… Your constant reminder that no one is living forever makes it a little less rough knowing that we will see you again one day.
I miss coming home to you calling me some different Hawaiian name daily… Eh Malie… Malamalama…. Ulu….haha Etc if I had a good day at work while you smile.. Simple little things that I took for granted because I never thought this day would have came so soon.
Your lack of presence here is definitely felt… Your caring words while hearing your voice … exhibits great void…Your laughter and joking ways are deeply missed… and just not being able to see you when I come home is indescribable… BUT I know you are in a place that no longer causes you to struggle with something that should have been so simple.0
I can go on and on about you Dad… and all the good things you have left behind as I hear so many stories about the Aloha you have shown to so many Ohana…. Friends and even to complete strangers… Your HEART was enormous and there was never a limit to compassion you put towards showing how much you cared about people.
Im glad those in Heaven get to enjoy you now… Because we had your time on earth and now its there time… We definitely will see you again… No Question!! Please continue to watch over us as Im sure you do… Thank you so much for showing us how much you loved us..
