Froilan Pascua Carnate, 49, of Cabaruan, Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, PI, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends on Monday, March 9, 2020. He was landscaper in the hotel industry. Survived by partner: Vanz Samson; children: Jessica Agas, Jaycee Noel Agas, Lance Jaymica Carnate and Jesseryl and Nicole Carnate; mother: Rosalinda Carnate; Siblings: Justina Agorilla and Vicenta (Henry) Acosta.
