Gai Thi Dang's Obituary
Gai Thi Dang, born October 20, 1949, in Saigon, Vietnam, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2024, on Oahu, Hawaii, at the age of 74. A dedicated farmer, Gai nurtured both her land and her family with love and care. She is survived by her daughters Hue Thi Dang, Loan Thi Dang, and Phuoc Thanh Nguyen, and her sons Dung Van Dang and Thanh Van Dang. Gai was a proud grandmother to 13 grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life. A devoted Vietnamese Buddhist, she found peace and strength in her faith. Services will be held at Valley of the Temples Makai Chapel on November 20, from 11 AM to 12 PM. Gai's legacy of hard work, love, and devotion will be cherished by all who knew her.
