Gaudencio "Randy" Galiza Ramos' Obituary
We bid a heartfelt farewell to Randy Ramos, who departed peacefully from this world on March 4, 2024, in Honolulu, Hawai'i, surrounded by loved ones. His journey began in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, and throughout his 63 years, he embodied the essence of generosity and joy.
Randy's life was a vibrant tapestry woven with courage and cheerfulness, never allowing his disability to overshadow his zest for life. He embraced each day with a spirit of gratitude, bringing laughter and light to all who knew him.
His memory is cherished by his loving and devoted wife, Mary Jane Badua Ramos, their precious daughter, Chelsea Nicole Badua Ramos, and Chelsea's boyfriend, Brian Phan.
He is also survived by his sons from his previous marriage, Robby Tucay Ramos and Michael Ben Tucay Ramos.
He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Carmen G. Ramos, and was predeceased by his father, Felix A. Ramos.
He is further survived by his two caring sisters:
• Francisca R. Ramiro and her husband, Arthur A. Ramiro.
• Teresita R. Castillo, along with her two sons:
- Glennard R. Castillo and his husband, Kevin M. Kasunic.
- Garen R. Castillo, his fiancée, Nancy Xoumanivong, and their sons, Maddox, Shiloh, and Knox.
Randy's story is not one of sorrow but of celebration—a celebration of a life lived with boundless enthusiasm and an unwavering commitment to making others happy.
As we remember Randy, we are reminded of the beauty of a life well-lived and the enduring impact of a kind heart. His legacy of love and laughter continues to inspire us all. Rest in peace, Randy. Your light shines on.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park, on Monday, April 8, 2024 starting at 9 AM. Please see the schedule below.
