Gladys, grandma to me, was one of those souls everyone should have the pleasure to meet in their lives, I was lucky enough to have been related to her. Her loving, caring, and generous heart will always be my fondest memory. She will be greatly missed, but the memories will forever be in my heart.

Remembering the swimming lessons with Mom at Ala Moana Beach when we kids were in elementary and middle school. We had enrolled in the free lessons offered by the American Red Cross. Over the course of several weekends we all learned swimming basics and water safety in the ocean.
