Gladys Toshiko Mawae's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Gladys Toshiko Mawae, 87, of Pearl City, Hawaii, who passed away on October 17, 2014. She was born in Kaunakakai, Molokai, Hawaii. She was a retired cashier for Speedy’s Supermarket.
She is survived by sons, Wes, Moses and James “Kimo” Mawae and William “Bill” M. Higa; 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert Higa and William “Takeshi” Higa; sisters, Florence Ha and Rose Chynoweth.
Visitation to her Celebration of Life service will be held from 9:30-10:30 a.m., Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service to begin at 10:30 a.m; with inurnment to follow 1:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery. Casual attire.
