Gordean Kuuleialoha Pedro's Obituary
Gordean Kuuleialoha Pedro, 57 of Kahalu'u passed away on July 16, 2023. She was born on September 23, 1965 in Honolulu to Gordon Makualo'i Au Tung Young and the late Elizabeth Leimamo Perez. "Kuulei" as she was known by worked here at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park as a security guard and previously worked in our Administration office. She would always think about the keiki of Hawaii and would gather backpacks and school supplies and would make care bags for them when they would go back to school. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Kuulei is survived by her Children: Shane Ikaikakahiau Kamakea-Young, Shaun Pilialoha Kamakea-Young; granddaughter: Kanoelani Kowaehulukea Kea; Father: Gordon Makualo'i Au Tung Young; Siblings: Newton Keolanui Young, Clinton Kaleonani Young, Kiliona Makualo'i Tihati Young and Kalei Ikaika Blair Young.
Services will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2023 from 1-5pm at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park Mortuary- Lower Chapel. Burial at 3pm. Luncheon to follow from 330-5pm.
