He was born on November 4, 1942, in Gattaran, Cagayan, Philippines, to his loving parents, Juan and Macaria Baoit. Raised with strong values and a deep appreciation for hard work, Gregorio embraced a life of humility and dedication, spending many years working as a farmer. His commitment to providing for his family and his steadfast work ethic became a defining part of his legacy.
Gregorio later made his home in Hawaii, where he continued to build a life filled with love, purpose, and connection. Known for his gentle heart and dependable nature, he touched the lives of countless family members and friends who will remember him for his warmth, quiet strength, and the wisdom he shared.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Luminada Baoit, and their children: Rosemelyn Baoit Tungpalan, Wilma C. Baoit, William C. Baoit, and Welfredy C. Baoit. Gregorio is also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, all of whom carry forward his memory with pride and affection.
