Gregorio “Tata” Bacnat Morales, 88, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2015 at his residence. Born on March 1, 1927 to Donato Bacnat and Cristeta Morales in Barangay Lacub, Batac, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He was a retired bellman with the Princess Kaiulani Hotel in Waikiki and a United States Army Veteran.
He is survived by brother, Rizal B. Morales of Toronto, Canada; daughter, Odette (John) McCoy; hanai sister, Bernice Baquering; hanai daughters, Michelle (Randy) Martin, Camilla (Don) Crowder, Phillis (Russell) Fleming, and Karen (Willy) Crozier; hanai sons, Brett Baquering and Bart (Nai) Baquering; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church at 800 Kaheka Street, Honolulu; Mass to begin at 9:00 a.m.
