Guadalupe Rivera Astrero's Obituary
Guadalupe Rivera Astrero, 77, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2016. She was born to Basilio Rivera and Teodora Garcia in M. Pulo, Tanuan, Batangas, Philippines. She was a self-employed care home operator of Astrero Care Home.
She is survived by sons, David Jose (Ofelia) R. Astrero and Danilo John “Danny” R. Astrero; daughter, Yolanda A. (Efland) Amerson; eight grandchildren, Janelle De Cambra Long,
Jaceley De Cambra, Daven Allen B. Astrero, Marvin B. Astrero, Keisha Jane B. Astrero,
Tyler Amerson, Keenan John Astrero, and Zion Amerson;
five great-grandchildren, Kahiau Ka‘ahanui, Chezden De Cambra Long, Kala'i De Cambra,
Nyah Long, and Kaikea De Cambra; brothers, Alejandro (Mary) Rivera, Agustin (Aurora) Rivera,
Jay (Debbie) Rivera, and Felix (Vangie) Rivera; sisters, Agatona (Jose) Alcasid,
Constancia Schoenbach and Fabiana (Manny) Bergonio.
Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Astrero will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Diamond Head Mortuary; visitation will be from
9:45 – 10:45 a.m., service to begin at 10:45 a.m. and burial to follow 2:15 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
