Harold "Dave" David Naud's Obituary
Harold “Dave” David Naud, 83, of Kaaawa, Hawaii passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at the Ann Pearl Care Home in Kaneohe. He was born on June 6, 1932 in Springdale, Arkansas to Alvin L. Naud and Janie Elizabeth Hubbard.
“Dave”, as he was known by everyone was a retired school senior social studies teacher who taught at Kahuku High School. He also was a special education teacher who once taught at Laie Elementary School. Dave was a United States Navy Veteran. While in enlisted in the Navy he was a Photographer’s Mate, Petty Officer 3rd Class.
He is survived by his loving wife Karen Naud; daughter, Mia McLaughlin and sister, Bettie Wright.
Military Honors will be rendered at the start of service with retired Reverend Bob Nakata of Kahaluu United Methodist Church presiding over service.
Visitation for Mr. Naud will be from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 4, 2016 at Valley of the Temples Chapel located at 45-200 Kahekili Highway Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744; Service to begin at 10:30 a.m.
