She passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026, at the age of 98. Her family honors her life with gratitude and respect.
She is survived by her children: Charlene (Charles) Takesue, Randall (Sandra) Maki, Lauren (Wayne) Takamori, and Patricia (Brian) Hirano. She also leaves grandchildren Chris (Allison) Takesue, Cavin Takesue, Brandon (Jennifer) Maki, Aaron Maki, Derron (Lindsey) Maki, Travis Takamori, and Cody Hirano, and great-grandchildren Max Takesue, Baylee Maki, Brianne Maki, Dallas Maki, and Haruo Maki.
Private services were held in her honor. The family extends sincere appreciation to all who have offered support and condolences.
