Hatsue Winifred Kitaoka's Obituary
Hatsue Winifred “Wini” Kitaoka 93, of Pearl City died peacefully in her home on April 20, 2025. Born in Honoka’a, Hawai’I on November 5, 1931, she graced our lives with resilience, kindness, compassion, and hard work.
Married to Charles Kitaoka (deceased) for over 55 years. Mom devoted herself wholeheartedly to our family. Her sisters, Patricia “Tsuki” (Jake, deceased), Kay, deceased (Keo), and Pauline (Richard), shared a special bond with her that was a foundation of strength and caring. Though she is no longer with us, her legacy lives on in the memories we hold dear. We carry her lessons with us, cherishing the time we had together. We will always remember her gentle touch and the way she made everyone feel cared for. Her compassionate heart and unwavering spirit taught us the true meaning of love and dedication. Wini is survived by her two sons Eric and Craig (Tracey), and grandchildren Bradley and Danielle. We love you, Mom, and we will miss you every day.
