Hazel M. Cadiz, 43 of San Diego passed away on July 26, 2023 in San Diego. She was born on November 26, 1979 in Laoag City, Philippines to Norbert and Leonora Marcos. Hazel is survived by her Husband: Philip Cadiz; Children: Brandon Marcos, Amanda Acoba, Alex Acoba, Brennan Acoba; grandchildren: Lilia Marcos, and Layton Marcos.
Evening Service to be held on Friday, August 25, 2023 from 5-8pm at the Valley of the Temples Mortuary Lower Chapel and then continues on the next day, Saturday, August 26, 2023 from 9am-12pm at Valley of the Temples Trousdale Chapel. Burial to follow at 12pm.
