Helen Puanani Kuroda's Obituary
Helen Puanani Kuroda, 82, of Aiea, Hawaii passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2016 peacefully at her residence. She was born to William Lima and Takeno Sato in Puuohoku , Molokai, Hawaii on May 23, 1933. She was a retired waitress for Beacon’s Restaurant.
She is survived by sons, Gus Kuewa and Wayne Kuroda; daughter, Karen Kuroda; brother, David Lima; sister, Mae Parish; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Services for Mrs. Kuroda will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary (located at 45-425 Kamehameha Highway Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744); visitation will be from 5:30 – 9:00 p.m. with wake service to begin at 6:30 p.m. Committal Service to be held on Friday, June 3, 2016 at National Cemetery of the Pacific, Committal Shelter - Punchbowl (located at 2177 Puowaina Drive Honolulu, Hawaii 96813) at 11:30 a.m.
