Herbert Michael Blackwell Jr., 76, of Waianae, passed away on March 15, 2015. He was born in Salem Massachusetts. He was a retired Insurance Investor in the Insurance Industry and also a United States Army Veteran.
He is survived by wife, Yvonne Sheila Blackwell; daughter, Juliet Blackwell (Douglas) MacGregor.
Committal services to be held 1:00p.m., Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery
