Hortencia Manzanillo Agcaoili, 101 years old, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2025, in Waipahu, Hawaii. She was born on October 31, 1923, in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. A very skilled and well-rounded dressmaker and a God-fearing woman with profound kindness and gentle compassion for others.
As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate a life fully lived with light and love she brought into our lives. Hortencia's legacy continues to guide and inspire us - humility, quiet strength, kindness, hard work, responsibility, creativity and unwavering love and support for her loved ones.
Hortencia is predeceased by her husband Jose; sister Apolonia and 2 daughters: Evelyn and Odette. She is survived by her other children (5): Yolanda, Alma, Teresa, Alexander and Paul. She is blessed with 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
