90, of Honolulu, passed away at home on November 21, 2020. He was born in Lipay Vintar, Ilocos Norte. He is survived by his children Pablo (Nida), Rufina and Romulo (Corinne), grandchildren, great-grandchildren and sister Magdalena Lumabao. Private services to be held but arrangements by Valley of the Temples.
