James E Drorbaugh 98 of Kaneohe, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2021 at Pohai Nani in Kaneohe. James was born on Ocotber 31, 2021 in Tukahoe, NY to the late Wells Drorbaugh and Katherine Colt. James was the retired Medical Director for the State of Hawaii Child Protective Services Agency. He is survived by Daughters; Ann Drorbaugh, Virginia May, Mayfield Piper, Son; James E. Drorbaugh Jr., six grandchildren and 11 great granchildren.
