James "Kimo" Michael Kaonohilani Wong's Obituary
James "Kimo" Michael Kaonohilani Wong, 57, of Honolulu, Hawaii went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 21, 2017. He was born to Gertrude Piilani (McShane) and James Moses Kaonohilani Wong in Honolulu, Hawaii on June 6, 1960. He retired as a Sheet Metal Helper for a Construction Company and was also a Kamehameha School Graduate; Class of 1978.
Kimo is survived by his children Jason Wong, Joslyn Wong and Justice Wong and grandson, Draven Wong; father, James M. K. (Liz) Wong; sisters, Jamie (George) Simao, Jeri (Dean) Rodrigues and Jody Wong; Many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorial services for Kimo will be on Saturday July 8, 2017 at First Chinese Church of Hawaii (1054 South King Street, Honolulu), visitation will be at 9:00 a.m. with services to begin at 10:00 a.m. There will be a luncheon to follow at the church as a continuation of Kimo's Celebration of LIfe.
