Lawrence Moser
I knew Mr. Norris while serving in the Army in Qui Nhon, Vietnam. He was a CW4 Warrant Officer in charge of an electronic maintenance section of a unit in the 1st Signal Brigade. During the time I knew him, Mr. Norris was tasked with planning and building a new facility on the other side of Qui Nhon. He was to do this with existing troops in the unit, while they maintained existing responsibilities and dealt with the war.
He was a remarkable man. He was very focused and demanding, but never missed a chance to allow his sense of humor to show itself. He left each of us a better person to have known him. After all these years, he comes to mind often. For those of his family and friends that might read this, you have much to be proud.
