Jean Ritsuko Chang, 89, of Torrance, California, passed away in Torrance, California on Sunday, March 10, 2024. She was born in Wahiawa, Hawaii and is survived by her daughters, Pamela (John), Lisa (Jean), as well as, her 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
