I met Jerome, "Poncho" the summer of 1969. He was working as a bouncer at a club called Hawaii Five 0. We became friends that summer. He was such a polite ,kind person and so handsome. After I left Hawaii we wrote for a while but we lost touch.
I am so sorry to hear he has passed and for your loss. I treasured our friendship all these years and wish I could have told him so.
