Mom had such fond memories of her lifelong friend and it is sad to know that she has passed. From the stories I heard, she lived a long and full life and I appreciate the friend she was to Mom and the lovely way she would always remember my grandmother, too. In fact, Nan cherished the lei she was given by your mom on the occasion of her 100th birthday. We know the memories you have of your loving mother will provide a warm embrace to you always.
