John Choon Mun Kim's Obituary
John Choon Mun Kim, 87, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2015 in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. He was born on July 31, 1928 to Kim Yong Kook and Hong Kyong Oh in South Hilo, Hawaii. He was a retired meter reader with Hawaiian Electric Company.
He is survived by wife, Margaret Kim; sons, Jonathan Kim, Jerald Kim, John Rawlins Apiki, Lionel Apiki, and Gregrey Kim; daughters, Wendy Kim, Veronica Apiki, Margaret Brash, and Tasha-Ann Eli; sister, Peggy Era; 26 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m., Friday, September 4, 2015 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service to begin at 11:30 a.m., with burial 2:00 p.m., at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
