Born on February 28, 1923 in Ilocos Norte, He is survived by children, Alfredo (Cornelia) Vallesteros, Epifanio Vallesteros, Alma (Isidro) Domingo, Macario (Pacita) Vallesteros, Ernesto (Josie) Vallesteros, Raymond (Marieta) Vallesteros; brother, Jaime (Maria) Vallesteros; 25 Grandchildren and numerous Great-grandchildren. Private services will be held.
