Jose Corpuz Malapit, 81, of Wahiawa, passed away on April 5, 2015. He was born in Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He was a retired Grounds Maintenance worker with Nahua Apartments.
He is survived by wife, Catalina Molina Malapit; sons, George (Brenia) and Jonathan (Emylyn) Malapit; daughters, Raquel (Nemesio) Julian and Caroline Agtang; brothers, Aurelio Malapit, Leonida Alos; sister, Estrella Almazan; 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 5:30-6:30p.m., Friday, May 15, 2015 at Filipino United Church of Christ-Waipahu; service; 6:30p.m.; with additional visitation: 10:30-11:30a.m., Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Valley of The Temples Memorial Park-Chapel; service: 11:30a.m; with burial to follow at 1:30p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
