Joseph C. Carter's Obituary
Joseph C. Carter, 85, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on December 25, 2016. Joseph was born to Beatrice Chapman and Louis R. Carter in Liberty, Mississippi on August 21, 1931.
He was a retired driver for Love’s Bakery and a United States Marine Corps veteran.
Joseph is survived by his brothers, Jessie Carter, William Carter and Thomas C. Carter; sisters, Mozella Barnes and Winnie Johnson; niece, Pamela Carter; the Henion Ohana and four hanai great-grandchildren, Jubilee, Jonelle, Jahna and Clyde.
Celebration of Life service for Joseph will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the Valley of the Temples Chapel; visitation from 10:0 – 11:00 a.m., service to begin at 10:30 a.m., with inurnment to follow 1:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park – Oceanview Terrace.
