Aloha, myself and Pedro Manahan, of 1st Assembly of God,(Red Hill) often times visited Joe since August 2025. We shared scripture and played hymns and often sang with him. It was apparently clear that he loved God and knew Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, as he would ask us if we knew his Jesus. May God continue to bless and keep the family of the late Joe Fraticelli.
