Joseph "Joe" Furtado Mendonsa Jr.'s Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Joseph “Joe” Furtado Mendonsa Jr., 89, of Aiea, passed away on November 18, 2014. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a retired Battalion Chief with the Naval Federal Fire Department.
He is survived by sons, Joseph F. (Joyce) Mendonsa III and Rodney (Betty Jo) Mendonsa; daughters, Sandra Mariani, JoAnn (Allen) Vinta, Terri (Bill) Gearon and Sheree (Les) Espinueva; Pre-deceased by wife; Loretta Mendonsa; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 9:30-11:00a.m., Tuesday December 9, 2014 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service at 11:00a.m; with burial to follow 1:00p.m. at Hawaii State Veteran’s Cemetery.
