Julio Tagle Melgar, 90 of Aiea passed away peacefully on July 16, 2024, in Aiea. He was born on December 5, 1933, in Imus, Cavite, Philippines. Julio was a retired engine technician with the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. He leaves behind his wife, Mira Melgar and his family.
His wishes is to be returned to his homeland in the Philippines.
