Julita Corpuz Guillermo's Obituary
Julita Corpuz Guillermo, 80, of Honolulu, passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday March 13, 2018 in Honolulu. She was born in Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Phiippines and was the third child born to Estefamia (Echave) and Pablo Corpuz.
She attended Gavaldon Elementary School in Laoag City and graduated from the eight grade.
She was married to Jose Guillermo and She retired , after serving for three years, for Snow White Laundry. After retirement, she was a babysitter and a member of Bible Baptist Church.
She loved listening to the radio, especially "Dear Manong Bernie" and "Dear Manong Neomi," attending parties, going to church, cleaning the yard, and doing laundry. She loved Ilocano songs, especially "Dikanto Malipatan."
Survived by her daughters, Florance (Simeon) Manayan, Urbano Guillermo, Nemesencia (Rodulfo) Balintona. Melody (Villamor) Yasay, Jonifer (Mary Jane) Guillermo and Rosalie (Samson) Yamut; 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Celebration of life services are scheduled for Friday, April 27, 2018 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; visitation to begin at 6:30p.m., service to follow 7:00 p.m. funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018; visitation to begin at 9:30 a.m.; service at 10:00 a.m.; with burial to follow 12:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
