Jully was a kind gentle soul. Forever helpful in a quiet unassuming way. His sense of humor was also ever present, but true to Jully, it was subtle and quiet. He was an anchor at the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division, an encyclopedia of all things fiscal. Jully was the best on many, many levels. My sincerest condolences are offered to his family. I have fond memories of Jully's gentle spirit and humor. I remember that Jully had a saying posted on his cubicle wall that read: "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." Jully lived that adage. I often went to Jully for advice, and I was always aware of how much he cared by the way he listened and offered his help. Jully will be greatly missed.
