June Hisayo Ibara Takenaka's Obituary
June Hisayo Ibara Takenaka, 93 of Kaneohe passed away peacefully on September 4, 2024, in Kaneohe. She was born on June 13, 1931 in Hana, Maui, Hawaii to the late Kazuo and Yoneko Ibara. June was a retired educator for the State of Hawaii Department of Health. She is survived by her granddaughter, Mia Samartinean; 2 great grandchildren and sister, Shirley King.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 10am-1pm at Valley of the Temples Mortusry Trousdale Chapel. Burial to follow at 1pm.
