Karen was an accountant with the Ventura County Retirement Association. She is survived by her children: Nathaniel Tasele Scanlan, Sarah Toalima Scanlan Seti, Malia Jeneil Scanlan Lowry, Tiana Danielle Scanlan and 5 Grandchildren.
