I am terribly late in posting something here, but Auntie Kimie has never been far from my mind. I didn't get to see her very often, but she was definitely one of my favorite people. I very distinctly remember her teaching me to say humuhumunukunukuapua'a and to sing the song about the fish with the pig-like nose. When I was older, she taught me how to cut pineapple, carefully removing the eyes by cutting in a spiral, which I still do.

She will be very greatly missed, but I have so many lovely memories of her that I will keep with me always. Much love to Reid, Mona, Susan, and all of your families.
