My deepest and dearest condolences go out to the Hewett Ohana. I am glad to have gotten a chance to know Kua, Ipo and Ohana. I am very grateful and appreciative for the help and care that Kua and his family have given to me and mine. It is a great privilege and honor to have known him and the person he was; very caring, helpful and loved his family.
Words cannot express the sadness and heartache one feels when they lose such a good person. I pray for the healing and soothing of the hearts of all the people Kua has touched and to his family, may you find comfort in the knowledge that he is in a beautiful place and that he loved you all whole heartedly.

Life is like a piece of paper. It can tare us apart in ways unimaginable. Kua's life may have been short-lived, but is memory on paper will forever be imbedded in our hearts. Tell those closest to youhow much you love them each and everyday. In the end love must prevail and must go on. My heart and my "aloha" have been in prayer for the 'ohana of Kua and Kawaikapuokalani Hewett. Muchhealing and strength is in order.
