Lee Joseph Bordenave
80, of Honolulu, died at Tripler Hospital on Sunday March 2, 2025. Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, raised in Geneva, Illinois, Lee traveled with the Navy, before discovering the beauty of Hawaii, where he and his wife Bev, have called home for the past 53 years. Lee led a life of service – first to his country, then to his family, community, Men’s Leadership of Hawaii, his friends, and anyone who needed or asked for help. Lee was preceded in death by his youngest child, Garrett, but is survived by his loving wife, Bev, his sons Brian and James, his sister Denise, and youngest brother Pierre.
A private celebration of Lee’s life will be held.
