Lerek-Mitchel Kaleana Perkins' Obituary
Lerek-Mitchel "Guy" Perkins, 50, died on December 16, 2020 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Guy or Guy-Guy was what his family and friends would call him. He was the biggest Pittsburgh Steeler fan, "brother this year they are playing for you!" He loved learning to play the ukulele, he had a lot of different kinds of them. Before he got sick, his hobbies were karaoke, beach with his family, watching football and hanging out with his grandchildren. He is survived by his parents, Levi M Perkins Jr. and Geraldine Morales, 2 sisters, 4 brothers, 2 daughters, 5 step children, nieces and nephews and 16 grandchildren and the love of his life Kim. We will be laying him to rest with his one and only son Nathan Kekoa Perkins. Kekoa passed away at 4 months old and would have been 19 years old. So i'm sure my brother is having some fun with him right now, probably already told him that he's a Pittsburgh Steeler Fan!
Until We Meet Again
We think about you always,
We talk about you still,
You have never been forgotten,
and you never will.
We hold you close within
Our Hearts
and there you will remain,
to walk and guide us through
Our lives,
Until We Meet Again.
Love You Forever
Our Guy-Guy!
